Advancing Women Empowerment in Business

In this edition “World’s Most Inspiring Women Leaders Making a Difference in 2024”, World’s Leaders features woman leaders from various sectors which are thriving in leadership and leading with best practices and strategies to take their idea into action. The cover features Ida Fanelli, with over 12 years of experience in Clinical Biochemistry, is a holistic aesthetician at Esthetics by Ida, where her passion for health and well-being takes center stage. Transitioning from a successful career in Medical Laboratory Technology, where she diagnosed illnesses through laboratory testing, Ida found her true calling in aesthetics. Driven by a desire to reduce stress and enhance her clients’ self-esteem, she believes that looking good directly contributes to feeling good.

Ida’s foundation in science informs her approach to holistic care. After government cutbacks prompted her career reevaluation, she discovered a fulfilling path that combined aesthetics with reflexology, allowing her to address stress-related health concerns while engaging directly with clients. Her journey took a transformative turn when she consulted a Naturopathic Doctor for personal health issues, leading her to pursue courses in Zanqara Skin Care, which she continues to use in her practice today.

Many women have been advancing to managerial positions in business during the past few decades. Future women are ready to follow the example of powerful women who are changing occupations more often than in the past.

Women are already notably underrepresented in positions of leadership today. Companies now face challenges in retaining their relatively limited number of female CEOs. Moreover, women of color are notably more aware of all these variables. “World’s Most Inspiring Women Leaders Making a Difference in 2024”, has featured many names like Ida Fanelli who share the thought that businesses must go above and beyond the minimum requirements if they wish to genuinely and sustainably promote gender equality.
