According to Mohammed, every journey has a different pattern whether one considers business life or personal life. The journey is like a season that comes with different environments whether winter or summer is and everyone needs to prepare themselves as per the season to protect themselves. “Same ways there are many different problems we will come across in our life as professionals which will make us strong each day as we resolve the problem. Each time you handle the problem it teaches you some lesson, and that valuable lesson would make you the Leader if you are leading the team or the company. However every journey is not easy which can make you the leader,” says Mohammed.
He asserts, “I have faced many challenges which made me strong today and able to stand up successfully which are emotional, mental, and financial and of course the market challenges to survive in the market in the initial stage.”

The entire world has been affected by the Pandemic, and for this, no one was prepared to face it. It came as a shock to everyone and created panic in business life and personal life. Company operation was interrupted badly due to fully lockdown and partial lockdown in the country. It is a great challenge to survive now due to uncertainties. Mohammed has looked into cost-cutting strategies but not laying offs the employees. There was a much-unwanted expense the company had to borne like international travels which have become an online meeting, expo participation which is also now online or virtual. The company has increased its online support and services locally and internationally. At the same time, disinfection and service robots are playing a major role in the organization’s sustainability strategy. As per Mohammed, most of the employees are working from home and remotely. But those who are coming to office, following the country Health Safety Protocol and WHO precautions and measure defined.
