It appears that there is currently a noticeable lack of female leaders in positions of responsibility. At the first step up to management has prevented women from moving up the ranks for years. Nowadays, companies are finding it difficult to hold on to the very small number of female CEOs they have. The explanations provided by female CEOs for leaving their positions are insightful. Women in leadership positions are equally as determined as males, despite the obstacles they frequently confront that keep them from moving further. Demeaning microaggressions, such as having their judgment questioned or being misidentified as someone from a lower social status, are more likely to occur to them. They are working harder to promote diversity and the welfare of employees, but this important activity is tiring them and is often unappreciated. World’s Top 10 Women of Distinction, 2024, has named many women visionaries who have capabilities for changing current women status in corporate world.
