Using Law for Women Empowerment

World’s Leaders latest edition “World’s Most Influential Women in Law, 2023” has featured success stories of woman law experts who are taking leadership to new heights. The cover has Tamika Grace Jude, Esq. a licensed attorney in the state of New Jersey, where she holds a diverse range of responsibilities. Her role involves supervising staff, meticulously reviewing forms and documents, crafting legal briefs, representing clients in court, and conducting consultations with potential new clients.  During her academic journey, Attorney Jude served as an Associate Editor for the Barry University Environmental Earth Law Journal. Her dedication and involvement in her legal education earned her a membership in Phi Alpha Delta and the receipt of an immigration stipend from Barry University.

Envision your capacity for leadership as the lid on a jar. You may be a more successful leader the better your leadership aptitude. However, your potential is limited if you lack leadership skills. This might scare some individuals because it implies that there is a limit to how excellent a leader they can become, regardless of how much they want to be. This cap is determined by factors such as your prior accomplishments, vision, hard effort, planning, and interpersonal and organizational skills.

As it happens, true leaders who get a perfect 10 are quite uncommon. However, by adopting the law of the lid and assessing your own leadership abilities, you may determine where your followers fall on the leadership spectrum and where you need to improve personally in order to raise your ceiling.  The law applied to the top is reassuring because of its inherent flexibility. Assuming that your current position as a leader is the culmination of your abilities would be foolish. “World’s Most Influential Women in Law, 2023” has featured leaders of law like Tamika Grace Jude who believe that there is always space for improvement for leaders, but it takes persistent commitment and a willingness to work hard.
