World’s Leaders latest edition “World’s Most Influential Women in Education to Follow, 2023” focuses on women who are playing a critical role in creating more equitable opportunities for students from underrepresented communities. The cover has Dr. Aishah Al Yammahi who has over 22 years of experience in the education sector. She received her PhD in Education from The British University of Dubai and her Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Massey University in New Zealand, where she researched the impact of a positive work environment on employee performance. Aishah has held many roles in the education field and was most recently at the UAE Ministry of Education where she oversaw the implementation of the Alef educational system across 57 public schools in Abu Dhabi.

Women have been making significant contributions to the education sector for many years. From leading academic institutions to developing new educational technologies, women have played a critical role in shaping the future of education.
