Nowadays, businesses are placing a high importance on diversity, equality, and inclusion, talking about it in public, making strategic hiring, and setting up tools to track progress. We conducted focus groups and in-depth interviews over the past several months, and the results showed that many individuals are still struggling to create environments where professionals feel like they can flourish. Since they are losing or failing to recruit good personnel, especially during this post-pandemic employment change, managers at these companies are wondering what they are doing wrong.

To find out, we interviewed more than a dozen accomplished leaders working for respectable companies in the banking, technology, e-commerce, professional services, consumer packaged goods, and other sectors. These businesses are making an effort to adhere to best practices. Eight to ten young workers then participated in a series of focus groups where they discussed their work experiences. “World’s Most Dynamic Business Leaders Transforming The Business, 2024” has featured many names like Sariki Abungwo who have became the synonym of the change in their respective business fields.
