In 2010, Sami Slim, an engineer with degrees from the University of Michigan and Télécom SudParis, started working for Telehouse France as a Technical Sales Engineer. His career advanced rapidly as he gained experience, particularly holding positions in Telehouse’s Strategic Planning Division. In 2014, he was appointed Deputy Director of Sales and Marketing. He identified and put into place the resources required to increase the capacity of customer connectivity, which allowed Telehouse to dramatically accelerate its expansion. Sami Slim has proven his competence and won the Group’s trust with his varied experiences. of 37 years old, he is the youngest senior executive of Telehouse, a global company with over 40 data centers.
To bolster the digital sovereignty of the continent, Telehouse said in 2021 that it would invest one billion euros over the course of five years in its European operations. Sami Slim’s primary responsibility in his new position will be to expedite the implementation of this massive project, especially by improving the Paris-Marseille axis, which now serves as a crucial intersection for the information highways. In addition, he will have the difficult task of maintaining Telehouse’s leadership position in a rapidly evolving and technologically advanced environment.
