Sam Warren has almost ten years of expertise and is well-versed in trust and probate law as well as the tax code. In 2008, Sam earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Utah. Sam continued his education at UNLV after graduating, earning his Juris Doctor there in 2011. Choosing to pursue higher study, he earned a Master of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation and a Certificate in Estate Planning from Georgetown University in 2012.
He returned to Nevada to start his legal profession after completing his education, and he now calls Nevada home. Estate planning, asset protection, high net worth estate tax planning, trust administration, probate, and guardianship are the main areas of concentration for his firm.
Sam is well-known in the Las Vegas community for his proficiency in his field. His knowledge has earned him spots on the Best Lawyers: Ones To Watch in America and the Mountain States Rising Stars list. Sam also teaches continuing legal education courses related to his areas of practice. Sam has a license in Nevada and Utah and speaks Spanish fluently, having spent two years living in Ecuador.
Sam likes to paddleboard, spend time with his family supporting all of their interests, and even coaches his kids’ sports teams when he has free time.
