It all comes down to mindset; you will succeed if you let go of limiting beliefs, are willing to step outside of your comfort zone, and believe in your ability to succeed. The power of the subconscious mind is choked by pessimistic notions like, “I’ll never amount to anything.” In a garden that is constantly cared for and fed with good, concentrated thoughts, personal and professional progress blossom. Negative, harmful, and self-limiting thought habits must be abandoned.
A seed contains the essence of the flower it will grow into long before it starts to sprout. External factors like sunlight, rain, and nutrition promote the growth of what is already present inside the seed. People also develop from the inside out. The spirit that lives within each of them will determine who they become. The desire for something is so deeply ingrained in one’s being that it pervades every movement. Rachel Withers, Coach & Business Development Strategy of Rachel Withers Coaching, believes in the power of holistic and vision-based approaches. She helps her clients create harmony by connecting their lives so that decisions work better for them while also improving what occurs inside of them, so that when you’re looking at options, everything seems clearer.
Staunch Journey
The idea for Rachel’s business came to her when she was struggling and wanted to find a new direction. As a professional dancer, Rachel received her training from the Royal Ballet and has performed in several incredible venues, including the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden. Her self-esteem suffered when her ballet career came to an end and she became a mother. She realized she needed to change for herself and her family. She used her skills in dancing to change her perspective and created BalletBeFit, a fitness program based on ballet. This cognitive change enabled her to achieve her professional and physical goals, motivate other women to start enterprises, and impart her knowledge to students all over the world. She started the popular BalletBeFit and also became the founder and CEO of The Growth Mindset Hub and Business Growth Hub. And runs her own digital marketing agency, Squad Media. She now uses her success to inspire others. To help each client regain control over their health, wellbeing, careers, and finances, she teaches personal development, attitude, wealth mastery, and company development. She is really pleased with the fact that she now works with other women who are going through similar things and gets to help them regain their confidence.
Need of Coaching
Rachel first believed she had to handle everything on her own. Her business improved when she hired a coach since it really helped her develop as a person and gained success-oriented skills and boosted her confidence. When it comes time to solve difficulties or make difficult decisions on how to effectively handle new obstacles that arise throughout life’s journey, she believes having the advice of an experienced person in similar roles is beneficial.
Self-reliance was her primary concern when she first set out. But as time passed, she faced more dire circumstances. It became clear that bringing in an expert can truly help you get where you need or want to go. Therefore, even though it may first appear like an indulgent luxury, coaching is worth every penny since these professionals will ensure that all challenges are overcome without causing any collateral damage.
Her Life Domain
According to Rachel, your health is a crucial component of your life and shouldn’t be ignored. She exhorts people to learn how to balance work, time spent with friends and family, and their own health by making sure they look after their mental and physical well-being each day in order to live excellently. Rachel enjoys walking her dogs and being in the outdoors. She finds that admiring the beauty of the surroundings is always very peaceful, and she is always motivated by it.
To balance these numerous areas of our lives, there is no one solution that fits all; rather, each person’s demands must be taken into account and may change with time and other factors, such as age. Rachel enjoys constantly assessing her life domains and altering her balance because she finds that this improves her overall enjoyment of life.
“Dream, Passion, and Reality”
When life becomes difficult, Rachel believes that most people give up. People who have faith in themselves will succeed because they won’t give up until they achieve their goals. That is self-strength. She exhorts you to alter your behaviour to reflect your convictions. Change your beliefs, and reality will change with them. These two extremely potent words are “I am.” Your life is determined by what you do after that. Rachel obtained knowledge from her experiences that she used to lay the groundwork for her business. She also concurs with If a dream exists in your head and is passionately held in your heart, it can become a reality.
Dream, Passion, and Reality. The process of turning a dream or a passion into reality takes time and effort. It calls for consideration, action, and repetition.
Challenges along the way
When Rachel first launched her business, it was challenging to identify all the areas that required improvement. She was a novice entrepreneur who had not yet found her footing. She frequently made mistakes and felt overwhelmed. She was aware that she needed assistance, but the company was struggling. She had to figure out a means to get money to invest in both the company and herself. Even though she was a single parent supporting her two children, she realized that if she didn’t take action, she would burn out or the business would fail. She found a means to raise the funds needed to invest in a mentor.
Rachel can honestly say that she doesn’t believe she would be where she is today if she hadn’t taken that risk. She thinks it’s amazing what may occur when you take risks, even ones that can be daunting.
Sharing Success
For Rachel, success means that she leads a purposeful life and that she is passionate about the work she does on behalf of all women. It’s about encouraging them and providing them with the confidence they need to lead by example as they venture out into the world with opportunities or ambitions awaiting them at every step. Rachel believes there are no restrictions when you’re living your best life, and because of her business, she now has the financial flexibility to spend more time with her family by traveling to exotic locations and keeping in touch with friends and family along the way.
Rachel has worked with outstanding mentors like Pat Mesiti and Bob Proctor along the way to success. She keeps using the knowledge she has gained. She keeps applying the knowledge she has gained by producing engaging material for her clients. She hosts the monthly show Mindset Matters on the Success Channel, which features eminent speakers like Brian Tracy, Jack Canfield, and Nick Nanton. Rachel is the #1 bestselling author on Amazon for her books Become a FITPreneur and Success, of which she co-wrote with the legendary Jack Canfield. She also uses her experiences and personal growth to engage audiences when she gives speeches in public. She has appeared as a guest on Hollywood Live on ABC, NBC, CBS, and Fox affiliates around the nation.
Future Vision
Rachel is conscious of the fact that everyone has what it takes to lead a fulfilling life. People can discover how to accelerate their development and sense of worth by using her tools to change their mindsets and engage in entrepreneurship. She wants to create a group where ladies may go for coaching support in order to achieve new heights. Her company will be an all-female environment created to support the success of female entrepreneurs and leave a lasting legacy for future generations. She wants to build a staff wholly comprised of and dedicated to empowering female entrepreneurs.
Advice for Emerging Leaders
Always go for your passion, advises Rachel, because when you do things for the right reasons, you are motivated. Never chase after cash. She thinks that while pursuing your passion can result in joyful financial by-products, it cannot replace your passion. If you are working on a project, you are enthusiastic about, you will be more useful, provide better service, and you will usually become more successful.
Continuously asking yourself, “What value as an individual can I contribute?” is how Rachel inspires. The attitude you have about life will ultimately be reflected back to you. She exhorts you to follow your passion and make a difference in the world. If you are not engaged in the activities, you adore and are deeply enthusiastic about, you will rip yourself apart. When it comes to the things, they are passionate about, people have stronger beliefs and more optimistic thoughts.
