Reflecting upon her professional journey, Maria established a formidable presence in the tech industry as the founder Women Empowerment Worldwide Leadership and CEO/CVO of YouDream Consulting. This future-oriented company not only supports an international TECH HUB of specialized IT professionals but also collaborates with multinational tech enterprises, contributing significantly to the global technological landscape. Transitioning into the digital era, naturally, she took on the role of Ambassadress, with a dedicated mission to attract and unite more women towards technology.
Aligned with her brain cognitive functions as an ENTJ, she has demonstrated a lifelong inclination towards envisioning the future, driven by the goal of creating an innovative ecosystem for the greater good. Actively participating in future-directed teams, she has been instrumental in implementing innovative projects, showcasing her commitment to advancing technology.
Throughout her career, she has taken on diverse roles, including serving as a Project Coordinator for major Telecommunication Organizations and other prominent institutions across Europe. Even though her initial career pursuit diverged, her exposure to mentoring in various business sectors became a defining moment leading her to discover her true calling, coaching and mentoring. Her path was carved from her deep understanding of human behavior, the innate inclination towards positivity, and her remarkable talent for connecting the dots, combined with an early fascination for Jungian Archetypes profiling, which served as the cornerstone of her leadership journey.
Beyond her tech endeavors, her passion for human behavior and positive change has been a guiding force throughout her career and personal journey. Her involvement in organizations advocating for women empowerment and human-to-human support, especially in the realm of mental health, reflects her dedication to positive transcendence leadership.
Currently serving as the Cyprus Country Chair for the Humanity, Technology & Innovation Wing, under the umbrella of the Global Organization G100 mission million, she embraces a profound sense of duty. Her mission involves uniting women leaders across sectors and generations under the collective cause of women empowerment and the advancement of the women’s economy through the SHEconomy project. Navigating a challenging course to success
Maria’s educational journey is as impressive as her professional one. The whole journey, far from linear, has been like putting puzzle pieces together, leading her to today’s success.
After finishing high school, a misguided influence from her family environment prompted her to pursue a degree in Tourism Business Management, a choice that eventually revealed itself to hold no personal interest for her in pursuing further advancement. Rather than accepting her fate, she embraced it and chose a distinctive road—one that would inspire and uplift others.
This experience is one of the reasons that ignited her passion for creating an innovative ecosystem, providing both parents, students and especially underprivileged women from the early years of school with access to a conscious career orientation.
This orientation will be determined by both natural talents and conscious choices reflecting the kid’s personality and simultaneously, preparing the parents through specialized mentoring on how to support their children’s choices and inclinations.
Through her Business Administration degree, she embarked on her professional journey at a young age, working for prominent organizations. Starting essentially from Scratch, she evolved over the course of a decade, serving in pivotal areas of companies and had the chance to build a robust business network.

The last area Maria seeks to make an impact is the equitable access to Education, Technology and Innovation. Through the utilization of technology and innovative teaching methods, she tries to make tech education available to individuals, regardless of their background or location. As we step into 2024, Maria Militsopoulou reflects on the significance of 2023, a year aptly titled “The Year of Abundance”. Her journey, which began in 2007 with the planting of Seeds, has brought her to a pivotal year. Recently honored as an Exceptional “Woman of the Decade” by the prestigious Women Economic Forum (WEF), Maria’s influence extends beyond borders.
Through her role as an Ambassadress and Representative of Humanity, Tech & Innovation Sectors, Maria’s mission is clear: to provide insightful leadership that fosters inclusivity, safety, and economic and social empowerment for women globally, while ensuring a smooth yet secure transition into the rapidly evolving Digital Era. The start of the year saw Maria recognized as one of the “100 Top Women Entrepreneurs to Be Inspired By”. Her presence at Tech Conferences further solidified her standing as a Tech Ambassadress, making a significant impact on the industry.
In May 2023, Maria took a significant step by partnering with Dr. Happiness, Elia Gourgouris, and The Happiness Center USA. This collaboration aims to promote long-lasting happiness and well-being, addressing the mental health challenges exacerbated by the COVID period.
Maria’s commitment to positive change earned her a nomination for “2023 Best Executive Coach” Award, highlighting her exceptional contributions to leadership development. In October, her initiatives garnered attention with a nomination for the “WEWiL: Community Initiative of the Year”, furthering the organization’s cause.
Looking ahead to the spring of 2024, Maria eagerly anticipates her participation in the collaborative Amazon book, “Unstoppable: The Rise of Female Global Leaders”. This groundbreaking project seeks to empower and inspire the next generation of women leaders by sharing the true stories, experiences and insights of women who have broken barriers worldwide.
Maria’s involvement in the collaborative project “Unstoppable” will showcase her own journey, reflecting on the challenges overcome, the lessons learned, and the strategies used, propelling her forward in her leadership journey. The book serves as a prelude to her personal book scheduled for release in 2025, where Maria will unveil her whole inspirational transcendence story.
