Karolina Hayes coaches people in achievement and leadership. She assists people and businesses in defining success, realizing potential, and accomplishing objectives. She is an experienced executive coach with a focus on leadership development, working with executives moving up into more senior and influential positions. According to Karolina, the first step in realizing your leadership potential is to examine yourself and determine what your true leadership style is. Her job is to accompany you on this journey with her thoughts.
Prior to committing herself full-time to coaching, Karolina managed people for a variety of businesses, including start-ups and multinationals in the legal, financial, FMCG, and technology sectors.
Karolina reached a stage in her career when she was successful on paper but unfulfilled in practice, despite the fact that this period of her career offered her invaluable knowledge into management and leadership. Karolina thought she was living up to someone else’s idea of success.
Karolina made the decision to give full-time coaching a go and hasn’t looked back. Fittingly, she uses her own life as an example of what she hopes coaching might do for clients: it may encourage transformative changes that make them feel more authentic and happy. After fleeing London during the epidemic, Karolina now resides in Canterbury with her husband, son, and two cats. She spends the majority of her time in “Karolina’s coaching cabin” in the woodland at the bottom of the garden. Karolina’s hobbies include painting, taking long walks, and riding horses.
Karolina views growth and coaching as a journey. The journey may seem drawn out, uncomfortable, and uncertain. You could even feel like giving up at times, she explains. The sensation you get when you get at your destination and realize how far you’ve traveled, however, is unmatched. I’m available to support you while you travel.
