Describe who you are as a person, inside and outside of the workplace.
An 18-month-old father loves an active and social lifestyle with family and friends while thoroughly enjoying his professional role creating sustainable value for customers and industries leveraging the promise of AI. Having run the entire route of a practitioner, consultant, and account manager and being solely focused on business development; he combines his experience and expertise to weave data into business altering decisions for enterprises.
A keen listener and eager learner, she is highly involved in both personal and professional interactions.
What has made you successful? What do you value?
Ensuring a hands-on approach early on in my career and always focusing on the business impact rather than individual tasks or activities helped me carry more impact into deliverables and obtain results. That focus on the bigger picture continues and gives credibility to my interactions and work with customers across industries. Fairness and candor in all interactions are something I value a lot, both personally and professionally. Winning in that moment does not matter as much as establishing lifelong trust.
Which are the major services of the company and how do the company to get ahead in the competition? What value-added services does the company provide?

What are the most important aspects of a company’s culture? What principles do you believe in and how do you build this culture?
Again, trust, openness, and fairness are all important aspects alongside customer centricity in its truest form, but I strongly believe trust still figures at the top of a company’s culture for me. The best way to build it is to share everything good and bad from top to bottom, that way everyone is equally involved, and you minimize red tape or bureaucracy in any enterprise.
What is the significance of innovative ideas in the company?
Innovation is at the heart of everything our company does; from customer engagements to solution incubation to AI acceleration. We can’t afford to drop the ball on innovation, or else it is easy for the competition to steamroll us. It is one of the primary reasons for our success these past two decades.
Give us your opinion on; do organizations rely heavily on individual heroics or team processes?
Collaborate, coordinate, and consult—that’s the way we work with customers, both internally and externally. Individual heroism may win battles, but never wars!!
What are your responsibilities as the Sr. Growth Partner of the company? What is the happiest part of your daily routine?
My remit is to help us grow our customer portfolios across key verticals (technology, media, and retail) in North America. I am super focused on bringing home key customers in each of these industries, targeting Fortune 1000 enterprises. I believe being inch wide and mile deep with our customer portfolio, the reason there’s a laser focus on key accounts across these verticals.
My favorite part of my day is proactively thinking and rethinking customer problems, engaging with them, and finding a way to deliver business results with data analytics at the core. There isn’t a better feeling than helping customers win in their business with elements from our services and solutions.
What advice would you give someone going into a leadership position for the first time?
Remember where you began and the challenges you came across to become a leader; that way, you can remain empathetic and supportive for others in the organization while aligning everyone in the same direction, which is the North Star for the company.
