I am a driven, motivated individual who believes in hard work and dedication. I take pride in my work and always strive to exceed expectations. In the workplace, I am an organized team-player who is willing to put in the extra effort for the success of the team. Outside of work, I am an avid traveler and enjoy exploring new places and cultures. I am very passionate about giving back to society and helping my community however I can, through volunteering or donating my time and resources. Overall, I strive to live an enriching life by dedicating myself to personal growth and taking on any challenge that comes my way.
Describe your background and what did you do before you started the Hexagon IT Solutions?
Prior to joining Hexagon IT Solutions, I worked in software engineering for a large multinational company. During that time, I gained invaluable experience in developing efficient and effective software solutions, as well as a deep understanding of the importance of customer service. Additionally, I developed strong project management skills while managing teams across multiple locations. The knowledge and expertise I gained during this period have been tremendously helpful in my current role at Hexagon IT Solutions. I am passionate about leveraging these skills to develop innovative products and services that help businesses reach their goals.
Tell us about the inception of the company. How did it all start?
Hexagon IT Solutions was founded in 2007 with the mission of providing innovative products and services that help businesses reach their goals. We officially registered in 2012. We strive to create an environment that fosters collaboration, growth, and productivity through open communication and trust. Our company has grown rapidly over the past year, thanks to our team’s enthusiasm and dedication. We are constantly looking for ways to enhance our services and provide the best possible solutions for our customers. As we move forward, we are confident that Hexagon IT Solutions will remain competitive in the IT solutions industry and continue on the path of success.
What has made you successful? What do you value?

What are your responsibilities as a founder of the company? What is the happiest part of your daily routine?
As the founder of Hexagon IT Solutions, my primary responsibilities include setting goals for the company and developing strategies to reach those goals. My advice for someone going into a leadership position for the first time would be to stay humble and always listen. It’s important to remember that you don’t know everything, and it’s okay to make mistakes as long as you are open to learning from them. Additionally, it’s also important to take into consideration the skills and perspectives of each team member; their input can be very valuable. Additionally, focus on cultivating an environment of collaboration, respect, and trust within the team in order to maximize everyone’s potential. Finally, don’t forget to have fun! A positive attitude and sense of humor can go a long way in any leadership role.
