As the founder and CEO, Arwen’s key roles include holding the big vision and overseeing all areas of the business, which encompasses various departments such as operations, coaching, virtual assistance, and accounting. Her responsibilities involve team correspondence, due diligence, numerous meetings, and actively seeking and receiving feedback and contributions from team members. She also dedicates time to coaching team members, handling public relations, and managing marketing efforts.
The happiest part of Arwen’s daily routine is engaging in her morning routine, where she moves her body through activities like walking, dancing, or yoga. This practice helps her align with her big visions and use her intuition to receive guided action steps. Additionally, collaborating with or providing consulting and coaching to other leaders in her team and her clients truly lights her up, bringing immense joy and fulfillment to her day.
The iARC Method
In her Intuit, Align, Rewire, Create (iARC) method, Arwen teaches magnetic mind and intuitive creation methodology, while facilitating energy healing and activations both virtually and in person.
The first step involves tuning into the client’s field to receive intuitive information and teaching them to do the same. This step prepares clients to consciously choose what they want to manifest and align with it (step A).
Next, with their permission, Arwen uses superconscious commands to rewire memories so that the pain is released but the wisdom remains. In the magnetic mind methodology, there are three levels of consciousness: the superconscious, which is akin to the higher self and a field of information passed down through DNA; the self-conscious or ego, which thinks, chooses, and forms a large part of our self-identity; and the unconscious, which is the survival system ensuring safety and belonging by automating processes. Often, the unconscious is so focused on keeping us safe that it prevents us from consciously creating what we desire. Our limiting beliefs, inner conflicts, stories, and challenging emotions can lead to self-sabotage, resulting in the creation of more of what we don’t want rather than what we do want. Arwen herself has conducted the majority of her coaching virtually, except when leading retreats. The advent of AI has further supported coaches by streamlining tasks such as content creation, book writing, and website development.
One of the most beautiful developments Arwen has witnessed, participated in, and now leads, is the formation of powerful and connected online communities. These virtual tribes provide a sense of belonging and support that many people had not experienced before, fostering a deeper sense of connection and mutual growth.
Greatest Risk as a Professional
On the greatest risk she has taken as a professional, Arwen reflects on the many significant risks she has embraced, particularly in terms of investing substantial amounts of money into her personal and professional development as well as business costs. She acknowledges that all these decisions have been intuitively guided and have proven to be well worth it. This investment has allowed her to continually manifest more money and success, and she takes great joy in celebrating these wins.

Arwen envisions a future where Sisters for a New World and Creator Codes will establish several retreat sanctuaries in Australia within the next five years. Additionally, they plan to begin development on their first retreats in Europe and the Americas during this time.
