Microsoft announced on Wednesday the launch of Microsoft AI Innovate, a new initiative aimed at developing and expanding Artificial Intelligence-based companies (AI). The 10-week programme will assist Indian firms using AI technology in scaling operations, driving innovation, and developing industry experience.
Financial services, healthcare, education, agriculture, space, manufacturing and logistics, retail, and other areas have both B2B and B2C companies.
At a virtual event, Microsoft India President Anant Maheshwari stated, “AI has huge potential to empower individuals and institutions to accomplish better, understand consumers more deeply, communicate information more swiftly, and drive scientific discoveries.”
He went on to say that India has the world’s third-largest AI start-up ecosystem.
He stated that trust is non-negotiable, and that everyone is responsible for fostering a responsible, trustworthy, and ethical tech environment.
According to Maheshwari, Microsoft’s latest project will focus on offering tech and commercial possibilities to entrepreneurs in order to improve their solutions, alter organisations, and create ethically to make AI accessible to everyone.
With Microsoft’s sales and partner networks, the initiative will also help companies to reach out to new clients and geographies.
Each cohort’s selected businesses will get access to industry deep-dive sessions and AI masterclasses led by industry experts, as well as mentoring from unicorn founders, skilling and certification possibilities.
The programme will bring together cutting-edge tech know-how, worldwide GTM (go to market) alliances, and Microsoft engineering and research specialists to cater to technical and business audiences.
Technical enablement advantages will be granted to qualified seed to series B firms, including Azure benefits (in addition to free cloud credits) and product engineering help, among other things.
