Taking Charge for Success
In this edition “World’s Most Inspiring Women Leaders Making a Difference in 2024”, World’s Leaders features woman leaders from various sectors which are thriving in leadership and leading with best practices and strategies to take their idea into action. The cover features Arwen Dyer who stands at the intersection of intuition, neuroscience, and the arts, coaching and teaching practitioners, entrepreneurs, and leaders through profound life and business transformations. As the founder and CEO of Sisters for a New World, in collaboration with other extraordinary female coaches, Arwen employs her innovative Superconscious Creator Codes—a blend of natural laws, intuition, neuroscience, psychoeducation, and quantum physics—to drive impactful change.
Residing in lutruwita (Tasmania), Australia, with her two young sons, Arwen’s journey began in the health sector where she studied psychology at the University of Tasmania, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts with an Honors research project on Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Her passion for using the arts as a healing medium led her to the Melbourne Institute of Experiential and Creative Arts Therapy, where she completed a Masters in Creative Arts Therapy.
Women are already notably underrepresented in positions of leadership today. Companies now face challenges in retaining their relatively limited number of female CEOs. Moreover, women of color are notably more aware of all these variables. Businesses must go above and beyond the minimum requirements if they wish to genuinely and sustainably promote gender equality.
However, the picture is changing as it becomes increasingly important for female executives to work for companies that prioritize employee welfare, flexibility, diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI). “World’s Most Inspiring Women Leaders Making a Difference in 2024” has featured many remarkable leaders like Arwen Dyer who are driving this motivating shift. These women are changing occupations more often than in the past.
