Dennis Lundquist, Managing Director and Partner at Qap Legal, is a progressive business attorney who takes a practical approach to everything business-related and is a firm advocate for reform and advancement in the legal sector. He has been providing start-ups and entrepreneurs with legal and strategic advice for the last several years. His areas of expertise are corporate governance, M&A, securities legislation, legal and financial compliance, and commercial agreements. He enjoys working with motivated and committed individuals.
Dennis had prior expertise in legal technology, having worked on automating and modifying the online drafting process. This has given him some understanding of the difficulties (and significance) involved in integrating legal procedures and work flows into technology- and/or sales-driven businesses. He studied marketing and some foundational economics in addition to earning a master’s degree in commercial and business law (MCBL).
Dennis strives to grow and develop in his capacity as an adviser by continuously learning new things, refining his working techniques, and adding value to the person getting his advice. He is particularly interested in joining advisory boards of early-stage firms and accepting board positions as a way to get additional expertise in corporate governance.
