Ambitious Women Leaders with Vision

“World’s Rising High Women Leaders to Follow in 2023” is World’s Leaders latest edition which features woman leaders from various sectors which are thriving in leadership and leading with best practices and strategies to take their idea into action. The cover features Anna Fedosova, MBA, CTFA, Sunstone Trust Company’s Chief Fiduciary Officer. She has worked for private wealth and trust companies, including U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo, and First Bank, for 20 years as a senior fiduciary and trust manager.

In positions of leadership, women are already notably underrepresented. Due to the “broken rung” at the first step up to management, fewer women have been moving up the ranks for years. Companies are currently having trouble keeping their comparatively few female bosses. And for women of colour, all of these aspects are considerably more obvious.

The arguments presented by female executives for leaving their firms are telling. Women in leadership positions are equally as ambitious as males, but they frequently encounter obstacles that make it difficult for them to advance. They are more likely to encounter microaggressions that are demeaning, such having their judgement questioned or being confused for someone more junior. They are working harder to promote inclusion and employee well-being, but this important job is wearing them thin and mostly going unappreciated. “World’s Rising High Women Leaders to Follow in 2023” contains many inspiring stories of women business leaders breaking the glass ceiling of corporate bias, such as Anna Fedosova.
