Having known each other for over five years now, Rosheen and Henzie started their companies roughly around the same time. While both have independent businesses, they have supported each other in their growth and grown together during this time, with Rosheen even going a step further to support women in business by founding the Female Founders Initiative in 2020.
Henzie and Rosheen collaborated to come up with a way for each to fill a gap in providing crucial financial and/or legal services to their clients all at once, after realising that their clients needed two of the most important services but that neither could fully offer. Counsel Services Limited specialises in legal services, whereas Neeps Consulting specialises in financial services. While Counsel Services Limited offers legal services to Neeps’ clients, Neeps Consulting Services LLC offers accounting, taxation, and business consulting services to Counsel Services Limited’s clients instead. Although financial services are not offered by law companies, they are just as essential. In order to give their clients, the best of both worlds from advisers that their trusted advisors trust, Rosheen and Henzie have collaborated to be able to recommend clients to one another for the many services that each provides. Working and Personal Life Balance

Henzie believes that taking time for coffee is a fantastic way to refocus, watch a sermon, fill your heart and soul with good things, pray for direction and blessings for the day, and then get to work. Even though Counsel Services Limited gives attorneys unlimited independence, some may still want to maximise their productivity for financial advantage. Finding a purpose to create spare time for other activities can help you keep a healthy balance. For Rosheen, she has a home life as a wife and mother. a real mother and wife. Even with her hectic schedule, Rosheen always manages to find time for her family. She has a very understanding partner, so despite her hectic schedule, her family maintains some sense of normalcy.
According to Rosheen and Henzie, a company can only be considered successful when it has achieved not only financial success but also success in the community by helping others succeed, and those people, in turn, have helped the company succeed. By forming a group with like-minded people to form a community that supports one another and shares success, we may collectively develop stronger and more quickly. The Female Founder Initiative’s creator success is a journey; it is not a one-size-fits-all destination.
