When you research how to define a leader, you’ll find that a leader is someone who inspires followers’ enthusiasm and motivation. Amy Buynoski possesses all of these characteristics and more. Amy is a wonderful lending officer, mother, wife, and friend who is kind, diligent, encouraging, and enthusiastic. She consistently goes above and beyond for her coworkers, clients, and friends and family.
Amy enjoys being a part of her community. She and her staff are members of the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, Roswell Connect, and the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association. Amy and her staff are especially enthusiastic about their community’s veterans and first responders.
“We will move mountains for our veterans and get them into their dream home,” Amy says.
Amy and the BuyNowTeam teamed up with Fund The First to host a fundraiser event in November 2021, with all proceeds going directly to the 13 families of the 13 heroes lost in action in Afghanistan. This fundraising event was made possible by the collaboration of over 30 local companies, which contributed over $5,000.
Amy and her colleagues will also be visiting the local police and fire departments to express their gratitude for keeping their neighborhood secure.
Amy not only works in the region, but she also lives there and contributes her time.
“I enjoy volunteering at my daughter’s school and coaching my daughters cheer teams. Coaching has been one of the best experiences of my life. Not only have I been able to spend quality time with my daughters, but I have had an opportunity to be a positive influence for other girls as well and sports programs that provide so much joy to my children, and many others in the area.”
Amy’s only career has been in the mortgage industry. She loves helping people and making their dream of homeownership a reality.

In December of 2019, Amy and the BuyNowTeam began working with South State. They were backed up from the start by employees who were just as concerned about the client experience as they were. The objective of South State Bank is to make the mortgage procedure as simple as possible. They accomplish this by ensuring that loan officers will work closely with the customer at all times. Amy and her team don’t treat customers as applications, and they value being part of a company that is as supportive and concerned about the customer’s experience as they are.
The BuyNowTeam provides local underwriting, processing, closing, and decision-making services. They have a group of new construction appraisers that are local and educated. They feature a wide range of mortgage loan packages to meet the demands of practically every borrower, as well as cheap rates. Amy and her staff are professionals in the home loan sector, and they keep their borrowers updated at all times, so they know what’s going on. They will provide free second opinions to borrowers so that they may compare lenders and choose the best financial option for themselves and their families. It’s no surprise Amy and her staff receive so many pleasant letters and emails from clients after they’ve closed on their new house, with a varied variety of mortgage loan solutions to meet practically any borrower’s needs and low rates.
Amy has almost 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry and has been recognised as Georgia’s highest-performing mortgage banker. She is a pillar of support for anyone looking to buy a new house. Amy realizes how stressful the mortgage process may be, so she makes it a point to keep her consumers updated at all times. She makes certain that they are comfortable with their financial situation.
Although Amy and the BuyNowTeam work for a bank, they do not work bank hours.
The mission as a team is to provide great customer service to customers. The team takes pleasure in being accessible and maintaining open lines of contact throughout the process. At any moment, someone on the team is there to help the borrowers with whatever may be needed.

Amy and the BuyNowTeam have had open communication with their clients from the very beginning. They personally call their clients and make sure they understand all their options. They also provide detailed emails with reminders of things to do and not to do, including a 10 Commandments of Home Buying, whiteboard videos, and in process milestone emails.
“We are not the transaction team. We view it as being a part of someone’s story and the impact it has on them, their family, and their future. We love connecting with people. In addition, my team and I have years of experience, which has given us lots of experience to know how to navigate through almost every situation.”
Amy is grateful to have a job that allows her to make a difference in people’s lives, and she is thrilled to be a part of such a fantastic organization. Throughout her career in this industry, Amy has experienced so much growth in both aspects of her life and will cherish those rewards and memories long after the next generation of young professional women have entered the workforce.
Amy encourages women to enter the industry. She asserts, “If they have a dream, they can achieve it. It can be somewhat of a challenge to be a successful woman in what is still considered to be a male-dominated business. You will get knocked down, and people will try to run over you. My advice to women is to dust yourself off, stand up tall, and don’t give up. If someone tells you no, do your own research and don’t take the first few no’s. Remember who you are and don’t let anyone change you. If you feel strongly about something, stick with that feeling and keep pushing forward.”
